First about the host. Chris was outstanding in all aspects! He picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. There was constant communication throughout. He had snacks and drinks available in the apartment; those came in quite handy! He is one of the best host I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and staying with. As far as the apartment, it was fantastic! This time of year, it gets quite cold and most apartments only have small space heaters. Not the case in this apartment, there are two large wall heaters in the apartment and it kept the place nice and cozy during my stay. There is an amazing ocean view from the penthouse. The area is quiet and I slept well, especially with the blackout shades. The apartment has all the amenities anyone could need.
